| Abstract: | In view of present status and problems of management of vocational colleges,the author explore the characteristics creation of vocational colleges,strategy and principles of management by using comparative advantage theory,contingency management theory,total quality management theory to improve the management quality in Vocational colleges and to achieve maximization and the optimization of management goal. |
