| 摘 要： | 冷战时期,东盟与北越相互敌视。1975年越南统一后,越南与东盟关系出现短暂缓和。1978年越南入侵柬埔寨后,双方关系再次呈现对抗状态。冷战结束后,越南与东盟之间关系走向和解。1995年越南加入东盟,双方关系实现历史性突破,长期动荡和分裂的东南亚开始走向区域联合自强和一体化方向的新道路。越南与东盟关系的演变,有着复杂的背景因素和各自的利益考虑,表现出一些明显的特征。

| Abstract: | The relationship between North Vietnam and ASEAN was hostile to each other during the Cold War.When Vietnam went to unity in 1975,the relationship between them achieved a brief détente.Vietnam and ASEAN confronted each other again after Vietnam invaded Cambodia in 1978.With the end of Cold War,the bilateral relations began to gain détente gradually.In 1995,Vietnam joined ASEAN.From then on,Vietnam and ASEAN relations realized historic rapprochement,Southeast Asia area went towards a new direction of unity and integration.The relationship between them had comprehensive background factors and respective interest considerations,manifesting some apparent characteristics. |
