西部大开发中的生态环境保护问题研究

中国西部是少数民族的主要聚居区,但是,西部地区有严重的生态问题,而且投入不足,立法也不完善。这些都对西部的经济发展提出了挑战,所以,要实现西部的可持续发展,必须把生态环境的保护和建设放在重要地位,按照自然规律办事,在尊重环境的前提下实行可持续发展。

The Ecological environment protection of western development research

The ethnic group mainly lived in the west of China. However＇, there is a very serious ecological problem. And the government has less investment, the legislation also not perfect. It is a challenge for the economic development. Therefore, it is a necessary to take the protection of the ecological environment and construction as the important position. According to the natural law, respect the environment to conduct sustainable development. This paper mainly discusses about the necessity and measures of development and environmental protection in west China.
