社区志愿行动:后单位制时代中国社区建设的一种重要力量

改革开放以后，随着单位制的消解，我国逐渐步入“后单位制时代”，亦即“社区制时代”。社区制成为单位制解体后社会管理和社会整合的另一种制度选择。志愿行动于20世纪80年代末在我国正式出现，最早的产生缘于自上而下的发动，活动化、节日化是其两个重要特点。随着志愿行动的更广泛和深入开展，制度化和日常化成为其发展的两个重要取向，而祉区志愿行动正是这些取向得以实现的一条基本途径，志愿行动也将成为社区建设的一种重要力量。本文阐述了我国从单位制时代向后单位制时代变迁的社会背景及其特征，概述了后单位制时代社区建设的两种路径，并对于如何推进社区志愿行动、促进社区建设提出了建议。
