| 摘 要： | 2007年2月,最高人民检察院发布了《关于依法快速办理轻微刑事案件的意见》,试图通过创新轻微刑事案件快速办理机制,实现保证办案质量的同时提高诉讼效率。轻微刑事案件快速办理机制的构建,体现了以人为本、保障人权的司法理念,也是贯彻宽严相济、构建和谐社会的客观需要。
