| 摘 要： | 刑事诉讼目的是刑事诉讼所追求的诉讼目标，是由国家和参与诉讼的当事人对诉讼结果的正当期望所构成的目标体系。刑事诉讼目的有三个特点，即目的要素的层次性、目的要素的多元性、目的要素的平衡性。现有刑事诉讼目的理论均存在不同层面的理论缺陷，未能科学而准确地体现出刑事诉讼目的的内涵和特点。

| Abstract: | The purpose of criminal suit is the suit objective that criminal suit is pursuing, and the objective system that constituted by appropriate expoctation of nation aud suit parties. The purpose of criminal suit has three characteristics： arrangement of purpose element; diversification of purpose element; equilibrium of purpose element. The current theories about purpose of criminal suit have different theurctical defects, and cau t scientifically and accurately reflect the connotation and characteristics of purpose of criminal suit. |
