| 摘 要： | 对由医生受贿引发的共同犯罪、非法收受了财物后又用于公务、公益支出的定性以及收受不含金额带有透支功能的银行卡未使用等问题刑法定性的探讨,有助于剖析医生受贿的原因,进而制定出预防医生受贿犯罪的对策。

| Abstract: | octor bribery is one of the reasons that cause false high prices,difficult and expensive medical care. Besides analyzing two common cases,the author discusses the nature of the following situations:joint crime,the illegally accepted money used for official or public welfare,as well as acceptance of credit card. On this basis,the author analyses the causes and proposes preventive measures. |
