公安民警在职培训中体能训练问题的探讨

本文采用文献资料和调查访问的方法，结合公安民警体能训练的特点，对公安民警培训中体能训练的目标、内容与形式、考核等方面进行探讨，建议形成以“体育习惯养成为主、以增强身体素质为重”的目标体系和从管理和内容方式两层面上的“一体化”训练体系，并对体能考核制度进行了思考，旨在对在职公安民警体能训练提供些许参考。

Problems in Physical Training on In-service Training

The paper discusses the objective,contents and form,evaluation of the physical training on in-service tra-ining by means of documents and materials and investigation interview.It offered the objective based on physical quality enhancement and physical habit nurturance and suggested form integration training system on both the management and contents parts,the paper gave some thoughts on the evaluation system as well.
