关于青少年网络隐私权的法律保护

青少年已成为我国网络用户的绝对主力军,他们在学习先进科技、接触网络文明的同时,也不可避免地成为网络负面影响侵害的直接对象。本文通过对隐私权和网络隐私权的一般叙述,指出了青少年网络隐私权保护的内容,通过不断完善相关法律、成立专门机构、行业自律及对青少年进行法制教育等,逐步提高青少年网络隐私权的保护水平。

On Legal Protection of Youngsters' Right to Privacy on Internet

Youngsters have become the absolute mainforce of Chinese net users. When they study the advanced science and technology and get in touch with net civilization, it is unavoidable that they will be directly affected by the negative information. Through an account of the right to privacy and the right to the privacy on net, this article proposes that the protection of the youngsters' right to the privacy on net should be increasingly improved by means of the gradual perfection of the relevant law, the establishment of special agency, the self-discipline of the trade and the legal education of youngsters.
