| 摘 要： | 以"三个代表"为指导,做好残疾人工作具有重要意义.在残疾人工作中,要正确处理残疾人权益保障与国家人权建设,物质文化生活水平与社会两个文明建设,残疾人康复、预防工作和医学科技发展与提高人口质量,改进残疾人工作作风与不断提高残疾人工作者素质的关系.

| Abstract: | well doing the work for disabled person under the guidance of "three representatives" is of important significance. During servicing for the disabled person, we should well deal with many relations, i.e. one between their benefits and national human rights development; one between material well-being and two civilizations development; and ones among the rehabilitation and preventive service, medical technology development, elevation of population quality, improvement of work style and continuous raising of working quality. |
