| 摘 要： | 我国“国家主席”制度的地位、作用、完整性、独立性和权威性的发展，具有国家元首制度的实质内容和形式特点，是我国独具特色的国家元首制度。国家主席以国家的象征和代表的身份发挥着一般国家元首的基本作用。国家主席制度的发展，使我国政治文明的发展获得基础性宪政的体制结构和运作模式，能更好地实现政治体系的适当分工与合作，也有利于政治体制和机制的进一步调整、发展和完善。

| Abstract: | China＇ s ＂state president＂ is a special system of head of state which has flesh and blood and formal features of the system of head of state. State president plays the role of general head of state in capacity of the symbol and representative of the state. The state president system enables Chinese political civilization to devel~｜~ under the basic constitutional system and in the constitutional operational pattern, promotes political systems sharing out the work and cooperating with one another, and benefits further readjusting, developing and improving political restructuring and mechanisms. |
