文化贸易领域欧洲政策法规研究

WTO成立以来世界范围内的文化贸易量急剧增长，与此同时文化例外、文化多样性的价值诉求也日益显著。欧洲作为人类文化资源最为丰富的地域之一，其在自由贸易体制下寻求自身文化产业发展所采取的政策法规为其在战后文化贸易领域内争得一席之地起到了积极作用。在文化与贸易冲突广泛显现的大背景下，作为成员国文化政策优先权和国际贸易合作者的要求之问的协调者，欧盟的实践也为在经济一体化与文化多样性之间实现平衡的未来国际法体制提供一个示范。
