国有垄断行业高工资高福利的政治经济学分析——再论中国和谐社会的构建

构建中国和谐社会，一个迫切的任务就是要理顺分配关系，协调好各阶层的利益关系。垄断行业的高工资高福利有违起码的社会公正，不利于社会各阶层间的和谐，必须通过政府规制的改革对垄断行业的不合理利益加以调节，以促进中国和谐社会的建设。

An urgent task of building a harmonious society in China is to straighten out income distribution and to coordinate the benefit of social stratum.The monopoly enterprises with high wages and high welfare have ignored the minimum social justice and is harmful to the harmony of social stratum.So we must adjust the unreasonable benefit of the monopoly enterprises through the reforms made by the government,so as to promote the building of a harmonious society in China.
