| 摘 要： | 我国宪法第129条规定，检察院是国家的法律监督机关。但是，在实践层面上，检察院实际履行的核心职能主要限于刑事司法。为了全面落实、严格实施宪法第129条，充分实现宪法第129条的宪政意义，有必要通过主权者的政治决断，让检察院走出刑事司法机关的小天地，走向宪法规定的法律监督机关的大舞台。
