| 摘 要： | 县域是基础性的区域旅游开发规划单元.旅游资源开发价值的科学评价是县域旅游开发的重要基础.其中选择科学的资源评价方法是关键.依据<旅游资源分类、调查与评价>(GB/T18972-2003)标准,文章通过对龙胜各族自治县旅游资源开发价值的评价实证研究,尝试采用"资源要素价值+同类资源比较+市场需求分析"三位一体"的评价方法,以期对县域旅游资源的开发价值的评价问题进行研究.

| Abstract: | The county area is a basic unit of regional tourism development planning. The scientific appraisal of the development value of tourism resource is an important foundation for county's tourism development. It is the key to choose the proper appraise standard and method. According to "tourist resource classifying, investigation and appraisal", based on the empirical research, the paper tries to adopt the "the trinity" appraisal method that "resource key element value -similar resource comparison -market-demand analysis" to study the tourism resource development value appraisal of county area. |
