| Abstract: | Rule of law in China is the rule of law with socialist characteristics. There exists a close and inseparable relationship between rule of law and human rights respecting-and-ensuring, which are interdependent, interpermeable, interpromoting and intercomplemental. Rule of law is the confirmation and embodiment of ensuring human rights, which is the aim of rule of law. |
