| 摘 要： | 经济犯罪跨区域性的特点要求各地经侦部门加强彼此之间的协作。目前,在各地经侦部门的共同努力下,经侦协作的水平得到很大提高,但是由于种种原因,经侦协作还存在不少问题,制约着该项工作的进一步发展,降低了打击经济犯罪的力度。要通过健全法制、加强教育、完善管理制度、扩展协作方式等措施改进经侦协作,促进经侦工作的发展。

| Abstract: | Different economic crime investigation organs are expected to cooperate with each other due to the cross-regional characteristics of economic crimes.With the joint efforts of economic crime investigation organs in different regions,the level of cooperation has been greatly improved.For various reasons,problems that restrict the further development of investigation and weaken the power of attacking economic crimes still exist in this field.The Cooperation in the investigation of economic crimes can be bettered through such measures as the improvement of legislation,the strengthening of education,the perfection of management system and the extension of cooperation. |
