| 摘 要： | 当前,贿赂的内容呈现出＂由单纯的物质性利益向财产性利益转变,甚至扩大至非财产性利益＂的趋势。这种财产性利益,甚至非财产性利益是否属于我国刑法上所说的非法收受他人的＂财物＂？文章立足我国的立法和司法实践,认为应当将贿赂的内容理解为＂财产性利益＂而不宜扩大至非财产性利益,也不应当限制为钱财和利益。

| Abstract: | At present,bribery content shows a trend of ＂changing into property interests from purely material interests and even expanding to non-property interests＂.Do such property interests and non-property interests belong to the ＂property＂ illegally accepted from other people according to criminal law of our country？ On the basis of legislation and judicial practice of our country,the author states that bribery content should be understood as ＂property interests＂,not being expanded to non-property interests or limited in money and interest. |
