社会治理方略视角下的工作价值观建设:内生逻辑、理念禀赋、路径建构

十九大报告提出把社会主义核心价值观融入社会发展各方面,强调打造共建共治共享的社会治理格局,两者之间形成了相互贯通的系统观点和思想体系。从其内生逻辑来说,这不仅对价值观建设公共性特质的应然回应,也是我国国家和社会关系嬗变与价值整合的必然要求。价值观建设是社会治理的重要内容,社会治理是价值观建设的路径指引。工作价值观作为价值观的重要组成及其在工作和职业领域中的具体体现,必须坚持以社会主义核心价值观为引领,顺应社会治理的模式变迁,将政府、社会、单位和个体纳入工作价值观建设的宏观体系,最大限度地发挥各类主体对工作价值观建设的最大效能,从而实现工作价值观建设的统筹推进和长效运作。

The Construction of Work Values from the Strategy of Social Governance: Endogenous Logic,Conception Endowment and Construction Path

It is proposed on the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that socialist core values should be imbedded in all areas of social development and a social governance model should be based on collaboration,participation and common interests.These two demands could merge seamlessly into each other.From the perspective of endogenous logic,it is a natural response to the communality of the construction of work values and a logical consequence of transmutation of Chinese national and social relations and the integration of values.Work Values constitute an important part of basic values and are specific embodiments of values in work.Constructing values is very important in social governance.It must be done under the guidance of the socialist core values and adapt to the evolution of multiple subjects in the coordinated governance.Government,society,market,units and individuals should be involved in the macroscopic system of the construction of work values to maximize the effects of multiple subjects in order to realize the overall and long-term arrangement of the construction of work values.
