| 摘 要： | 司法心理测试是我国已蓬勃兴起的一项有效的高新科技,因受不合时宜的旧观念制约,尤其缺乏高水平的培训,使该技术未能在侦查中发挥应有的作用,应加强培训,确立测谎仪的国家标准,建章立制,加强管理,借鉴科技成果,以提高测谎技术在侦查中的运用效果。
