强化公安机关防范和化解经济危机的职能作用

当前世界性严重的经济衰退所造成的后果和影响,不仅仅使投资、就业、贸易、消费等传统经济领域遭受重创,而且对社会稳定和社会治安局势也提出了新的任务和挑战。在我国,公安机关是具有武装性质的刑事司法和行政执法力量,处于维护社会稳定的最前沿,因此,如何应对由于经济危机所引发的各种社会治安问题,是公安机关的当务之急。本文就经济衰退引发的社会治安新热点,公安机关防范和化解经济危机的职能作用以及政策措施等方面提出一些粗浅的看法。
