大鼠急性斑蝥中毒血流动力学研究

摘    要:大鼠急性斑蝥中毒的血流动力学研究结果显示,灌胃后,大鼠左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)呈下降趋势,左心室内压(LVP)和左室压最大变化速率(±dp/dt max)变化不明显;心率(HR)在低剂量组加快,而大剂量组减慢;心电图(EKG)无明显改变;呼吸频率(RR)先快后慢,大鼠死亡时,呼吸比心跳早停止几分钟。提示斑蝥中毒死亡较快时,呼吸抑制作用是一个不容忽视的因素。

Abstract:15 Wistar rats which were randomly separated into 3 experimental groups which were poisoned by oral administration with 1, 0,3.0,5.0 LD_(504)% Mylabris Phalerata's solution (MPS) respectively. The changes of hemobynamics,including LVEDP, LVP, ±dp/dt max, EKG and respiratory rate were recorded simultaneously by Pdygraph System (RM--6000, Nihon Konden), After ingestion of the poison,the LVEDP showed a tendency of drcreasing,while LVP, ±dp/dt max and EKG showed no remarkable changes. The heart rate increased in group of 1.0 LD_(50) and decreased in group of 5. 0LD_(50). In the early phase the respiratory rate increased and decreased in the late phase. During the course of dying,respiration usually stopped a few minutes earlier than hearbeat. It was demonstrated that the respiratory suppression is an important factor of cause of rapid MPS intoxication death.
