| 摘 要： | 用科学发展观统领公安教育工作是一个创新的课题。新时期，公安机关要把人才兴业作为一个重要的发展战略。文章将科学发展观中的民本思想、和谐理念、可持续发展理论与我国公安教育实际相结合，探索公安人才培养思路、培养模式与培养机制的创新，在公安人才培养战略的制度化建构方面作以研究，旨在推动公安教育的理论与实践的创新、提高公安人才培养质量、完善公安人才结构、进一步加强公安执法能力。

| Abstract: | It is an innovative subject to take control of police education with scientific development view.The talent-based flourishing is taken as an important strategy by the police.This article associates the human-centered idea,harmonious concept,sustainable development theory with the reality of the police education,explores the idea,mode and mechanism innovation of the police talent cultivation,studies the systematic construction of the police talent cultivation in order to promote the innovation of the police education and practice,enhance the police talent cultivation quality,perfect the police talent structure and improve the executive power of the police. |
