| 摘 要： | 工会要在构建社会主义和谐社会中发挥作用,必须正确处理和调整劳动关系,维护职工的合法权益,协调好与其他组织机构的合作关系。同时,工会要发挥其它的社会作用,工会要加强自身建设,提高工会干部和职工队伍的综合素质。
