西北经济发展缓慢的历史原因及对策研究

为巩固边疆 ,西北在近代曾多次进行开发 ,但收效甚微 ,没有改变贫穷落后的面貌 ,究其原因 ,主要是由于开发为军事服务 ;同地方经济联系较差 ;农业不发达对工业发展缺乏支持 ;牢固的封建土地制度 ;二元经济结构制约 ;缺乏大量稳定资金投入 ;开发条件恶化等。本文针对近代西北开发不成功的原因 ,结合当前开发西部形势 ,提出一些发展对策

On The Historical Cause Of The Slow Economic Developmert Of The Northwest Areas In Modern Times And Some Countermeasures

For the consolidation of the border area,there were many exploitations in modern times in northwest areas,but,nearly no effects.As for the cause,it was mainly that the exploitations were for the service of the military affairs and no connection with the local economy;the backward agriculture had no prop to the industrial development;and the firm feudal land system and two-factors economy structure,the deficient investment and the worse exploiting environment.This paper,according to the said cause,provides the countermeasures of the development of west part at present.
