增进政治共识提高履职水平搞好政治交接

2012年,胡锦涛同志向党外人士提出了进一步增进政治共识、提高履职水平、搞好政治交接的三点意见.当前,为实现新老交替基础上的政治交接,社院学员要深入学习领会胡锦涛同志的重要讲话精神,准确把握“同心”思想的深刻内涵,不断凝聚多党合作的强大政治共识;要深化对多党合作优良传统的认识,不断赋予其新内涵;要提高履职水平,加强自身建设,不断提高参政党建设的科学化水平.

Strengthen Political Consensus,Improve Capabilities to Fulfill Our Duties,and Achieve Smooth Political Handover

In 2012,Mr.HU Jin -tao addressed three points to the personages without party affiliation,i.e.strengthening political consensus,improving their capabilities to fulfill their own duties,and achieving smooth political handover. At present,in order to achieve the political handover based on succession planning,students at the Central Institute of Socialism shall carefully study and fully understand the essence of Mr.Hu’s speech,accurately grasp the profound meaning of the "One Mind Ideology",and constantly reach the strong political consensus on multi-party cooperation; we need to deeply understand the fine tradition of multi-party cooperation,and continuously endow it with new connotations;we need to improve the capabilities to fulfill our duties,strength self- perfection and constantly improve the scientific construction of participating parties
