| 摘 要： | 公安队伍正规化建设是新形势下公安队伍建设的当务之急,也是全部公安工作的根本和保证。在深刻理解公安队伍正规化建设内容和重要性的基础上,从"三个过硬"、"三个基础"和"四个层面"方面下功夫,提高公安队伍整体素质,全面推进基层公安队伍正规化建设。
