地缘政治学与现时代

随着全球化的不断发展和科学技术的日益进步,地缘政治学似乎已经过时了。但是,从地缘政治学的理论立论来看,“人与自然环境”的联系链条作为其立论的依据是始终存在的,地理环境对国家政治行为的影响是客观的事实。在现时代,分析冷战结束以后的国际政治现实以及中国所处的国际环境,也说明了地缘政治研究的重要意义。因此,现时代的地缘政治研究性质抛弃了原有的旧观念,是用适应时代发展的新的观念来考察新的国际政治现实,其意义更为重要。

The Geopolitics and the Times

With the continuous development of globalization and the increasing progress of science and technology, Geopolitics seems outmoded. But from the perspective of the theoretical foundation of Geopolitics, it is not difficult to note that the basis of its theoretical argument, the chain connecting "man and natural environment," still exists and it is objectively true that the geographical environment affects a country's political behavior. In the present times, the analysis of the post-Cold-War international political reality and the international environment in which China exists speaks directly to the importance of pursuing studies on Geopolitics. As such, the modern research on Geopolitics must abandon the old concepts, and employ the new concepts fitting the development of the times to examine the new international political reality.
