| 摘 要： | 本文从高等教育的现状特征与发展趋势的角度,论述了构建高校思想政治教育的长效机制建设,对提升高校思想政治教育的长效性与实效性,加强和改进高校育人工作中所具有的重要现实意义。指出了高校的思想政治教育长效机制建设应从领导体制、工作机制和制度建设三个方面入手,在组织保证、育人格局、制度保障等环节加强和改进高校思想政治教育,从根本上确保高校思想政治教育的科学发展。
