| 摘 要： | 假币犯罪是国际公认的社会危害性严重的一种犯罪。假币犯罪只是司法实践中的一种习惯称谓,其概念并非法律明确加以规定的,而是学理上的一种概括。假币犯罪具有集团化、专业化,流动性强,犯罪地域广,手段多样以及反侦查能力强等特点。随着科技的发展、打击力度的增加、群众防范意识的增强,假币犯罪在我国主要呈现新的发展趋势。
