The control of economical crime and the development of economic

The figure of economical crime in our country remains in high level.We have been always confused by the questions as how to control economical crime,how to treat the necessity of existence of economical crime reasonably and how to find the best way to control it.This article sets off from discussing the concept of economical crime,expatiates the necessity of existence of economical crime and our actual control policy on economical crime,and then with the standard of whether it can promote the development of economy or not,sees about the policy to control economical crime in our country through the criminalization of economical behavior as well as the decriminalization and punishment on economical crime.
