论“一带一路”倡议与亚欧命运共同体的构建

构建人类命运共同体是新时代中国对外工作的总目标,共建"一带一路"是推动构建人类命运共同体的重要的具体实践平台。亚欧大陆是地理上"一带一路"倡议的中心所在,也是决定中国未来国际地位的关键区域。共建"一带一路"需要重点布局亚欧大陆。亚欧大陆的发展要重点关注中心"洼地",它将决定丝绸之路经济带的成功与否,其中俄罗斯是重点国家。作为亚欧大国的中国,可以"一带一路"为抓手,以亚欧大陆为舞台,以新型国际关系为理念,以周边外交和睦邻外交为策略,以人类命运共同体为战略目标,促进亚欧命运共同体的构建。

On“Belt and Road”Initiative and the Construction of Eurasian Community

The construction of human destiny community is the general goal of China’s foreign work in the new era,and the construction of"Belt and Road"is an important practical platform to promote the construction of human destiny community.Eurasia mainland is the geographical center of the"Belt and Road"initiative and the key region to determine China’s future international status.Co-construction of"Belt and Road"needs to focus on the layout of Eurasia mainland.Development of Eurasia Mainland should focus on the central depression because it will determine the success of the Silk Road economic belt,with Russia as a key country.As a great power in Asia and Europe,China should take"Belt and Road"as its starting point,Eurasia Mainland as its stage,new international relations as its concept,peripheral diplomacy and good-neighborly diplomacy as its strategy,and the community of human destiny as its strategic goal so as to promote the construction of Eurasia destiny community.
