| 摘 要： | 大学生的就业工作是关系到千家万户、国计民生的大事,影响大学生就业的因素很多,其中大学生自身错误的就业观念也是影响大学生择业的重要因素之一。因此,大学生应树立正确择业观,保持积极的、快乐的、健康的心态,积极有效地寻找就业渠道和就业方式,达到顺利择业的目的。

| Abstract: | Career choice by undergraduates is very important which is concerned by many families nation-wide.The elements affecting students' employment are various,among which false idea of career choice is of the most serious.Therefore,the undergraduates should set up correct viewpoint of career choice,positive and healthy attitude,actively seek for the ways and approaches to be employed. |
