Comparative Study on China-England Identification Procedure Rules

Identification plays an important role in criminal procedure, but it is also a very weak point. Judges and jurists around the world draw the same conclusion that wrong identification and testimony of witness results in false judgments which are much more serious than other causes. Therefore, the criminal and judicial organs in every country keep reforming and improving the identification system continuously in order to ensure that the result of identification is more scientific and impartial. It will be meaningful for our judicial identification organs to learn a lot from that of in England by comparing the similarities and differences between the Great Britain and China.
