This system is designed to effectively protect the litigation rights and legitimate interests of the juvenile suspects and defendants, but there are also some illegal phenomena that the legal representative may interfere with the proceedings in the ju- dicial practice. The article analyzes the pros and cons of the legal representative to the scene, and provides some recommendations on how to respond based on the practice.
