| 摘 要： | 依托派驻基层检察室平台,从法律定位,职能定位,建立制度、人员、经费长效保障机制,深入乡镇开展预防调研,协助完善基层管理制度,建立＂个案、系统、同步＂三位一体职务犯罪预防体系,以及搞好乡镇法制宣传和警示教育等多个角度构建乡镇职务犯罪预防工作机制,有助于破解检察机关乡镇职务犯罪预防工作难题。

| Abstract: | It is helpful for procuratorial organs to solve the problems of preventing duty crime in townships through constructing prevention mechanism of duty crime in township,such as depending on procuratorial office stationed in grassroots,establishing a long-term security mechanism of system,personnel,and funds from legal and function position,developing prevention research in township,helping improve the management system of grassroots,setting up a trinity prevention system of duty crime including ＂case,system,and synchronicity ＂,and carrying out the legal propaganda in township and warning education. |
