| 摘 要： | 网络虚拟社会的出现对现有的传统社会管理模式带来巨大冲击,检察机关作为国家法律监督机关,对社会管理活动负有监督职责。微博的出现为检察机关虚拟社会管理创新提供了全新平台,具体应用体现在密切检民关系、推进检务公开、涉检舆情控制和反腐情况收集等方面。

| Abstract: | The network virtual community has brought huge impact to the existing traditional social management mode.As the legal supervision organs of the country,procuratorial organs bear oversight responsibility to the social management activities.Microblog provides a new platform of virtual social management innovation for procuratorial organs,with the specific applications in making closer relations between procuratorial organs and the public,improving inspection affairs public,controlling public opinion involved in inspection,and collecting anti-corruption information. |
