劳动权初探

劳动权是一项重要的人权,是劳动者得以生存的基本权利。工作既是每个人的根本需求,也是整个社会得以发展的基础。加强对劳动权的研究,有利于弘扬宪法精神,促进人权保障。劳动权在我国理论界备受关注,同时又有众多分歧的话题,本文对此问题从劳动权的概念、内涵、历史发展以及其实现等方面进行了初步探讨。

Issues Concerning the Right to Work

As one of the most important human rights, the right to work is our basic right for subsistence. Work is to be considered as the fundamental requirement of each individual and the basis for the whole society to develop. Strengthening the research on the right to work contributes to upholding the constitutional spirit and ensuring human rights. There has been a lot of concern over the right to work in Chinese theoretical circles and people have different opinions about it. This article studies the right to work in terms of the concept, the content, the historical development and its realization.
