| 摘 要： | 交叉询问制度是源于英关法系的一项重要诉讼制度，是对抗式庭审的重要特征。交叉询问制度在微观和宏观两个方面有着积极的辩护价值。使交叉询问的作用能够得到有效的发挥的前提是必须有相应的规则配置并严格依照法定程序进行，由于我国的交叉询问制度还不完善，所以不仅要确立适当的交叉询问规则，还要加强对司法人员这方面能力的培训。
