| 摘 要： | 农村基层社会管理体制创新是加强和创新社会管理的关键,基层社会管理的水平直接关系到社会管理的效果。本文通过问卷调查和座谈交流等方式,分析了现阶段农村基层社会管理存在的问题及其原因,以建立健全法律法规、理顺基层社会关系等为着力点,提出了创新和完善农村基层社会管理体制的对策建议。
