| 摘 要： | “十二五”时期,山东省要实现社会管理创新,必须系统总结近年来社会管理创新的经验,准确把握“十二五”时期我国社会管理创新的发展趋势,吸收借鉴国内外社会管理的成功经验,充分利用已有社会管理创新的基础,针对存在的问题,进一步明确社会管理创新的重点领域,统筹兼顾,坚诗源头治理,从根本性、基础性的问题入手,实现社会管理创新的重大突破,走出一条行之有效的社会管理创新之路.

| Abstract: | During the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ period,to realize the innovation of social management,Shandong province must sum up recent social management innovation experience systematicaUy,grasp the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ period of China＇s social management innovation development trend accurately,draw lessons from domestic and international successful experience,make full use of existing social management innovation foundation,further the key field of innovation in view of the existing problems.Make a major breakthrough of social management innovation by adhering to improving from the fundamental,basic problems and create a new effective social management method. |
