药物注射致坐骨神经损伤的临床及肌电图回顾性研究(附37例分析)

目的　研究药物注射致坐骨神经损伤的临床及肌电图特点。　方法　收集药物注射致坐骨神经损伤患者 3 7例 ,全部患者均进行了神经肌电图检查 ,部分病人进行了随访观察。对此患者的临床及肌电图进行回顾性分析。　结果　患者注射抗生素等药物当时或注射后很快出现注射下肢不同程度的感觉和运动功能障碍。此事件多发生在乡村卫生室或小诊所 ,患者多为儿童 ,其预后尚可。神经肌电图检查患肢腓总神经传导及体感诱发电位PF -CE波间期与正常值相比较具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。体感诱发电位PF -CE波间期检查异常是该病典型的神经电生理表现。　结论　药物注射致坐骨神经损伤临床及肌电图有其典型的特点 ,掌握其规律及特点 ,对实际临床法医学鉴定有很大的应用价值。

Retrospective study on clinic and electromyography of sciatic nerve injury caused by drug injection with 37 cases analysis

Objective To study the clinic and electromyography feature of sciatic nerve injury caused by drug injection. Methods 37 patients with sciatic nerve injury caused by drug injection were examined by nerve-electromyography, some patients were followed up. The data of clinic and electromyography in total patients were retrospectively analysized. Results The sense and move function disorder in different degrees were quickly seen in legs of patients when injection soon. The countryside hospital or small clinic were often occurred this accident. Most of patients were children, the prognosis were not too bad . There was a significantly difference among common peroneal nerve transmission and the interval of SEP PF-CE of patient's legs comparing with the normal result (p<0.001) . The interval disorder of SEP PE-CE was considered as typical finding of nerve electrophysiology. Conclusion The clinic and electromyography of sciatic nerve injured by drug injection have some typical characters, these characters can used to forensic expertise.
