| Abstract: | The author points out that Woman Cadres play an important role in Women's Federation organizations. Smoothing relation coordination channels, developing education training resources, building a practice's platform, deepening investigation and research and building job-encouraged mechanism are enhanced in exploring the important ways and means of strengthening Woman Cadres' capacities in the Communist Party's cadre management mechanism. |
