民办高校学生管理程序的价值逻辑与法治进路

The Value Logic and Rule of Law Approach of Students Management Program in Private Colleges

The management procedure of students in private colleges and universities has the value of promoting the harmony of campus order,maintaining good relationship between schools and students,cultivating students'good concept of rule of law,and overcoming the management difficulties caused by the particularity of private colleges and universities.However,in the practice of student management procedure in private colleges and universities,it has encountered a series of problems,such as the nihilization of the cognition of the value of the management procedure,the lack of the important management procedure,the poor consistency with the relevant laws,and the confusion with the public university management procedure,which makes the related value difficult to realize.Therefore,we can promote the process of rule of law from the aspects of strengthening the propaganda and education of the program management concept of the relevant personnel,constructing the systematic student management procedure,establishing the strict legitimacy examination and punishment mechanism,and fully reflecting the particularity of the private colleges and universities,so as to construct the student management procedure scientifically and lay a solid procedural system foundation for the improvement of the private university student management efficiency.
