| 摘 要： | 廉政文化在中华文明史上源远流长。廉政文化建设是廉洁文化对腐败文化的较量,是一种反腐败文化战略。加强廉政文化建设是贯彻落实科学发展观的重要要求,是建设社会主义核心价值体系的重要基础,是推进社会主义政治文明建设的重要特征,是深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的重要举措。廉政文化建设要牢记以人为本,着眼重在建设,系统整合资源,坚持健全体制。文化部从廉政文化建设的规律和任务要求出发,充分发挥人才优势、资源优势和阵地优势,积极开展相关工作,不断推进廉政文化建设向深度广度发展。
