| Abstract: | At present, the following problems can be found in the in-service training programs for police officers: lack of comprehensive training projects; need more attentions; teaching content is not in accordance with the reality; lack of the system of restraint etc., which greatly impair the training quality for the officers. Effective measures must be carried out to solve these problems as soon as possible. |
