论业主委员会的法律地位及制度完善

The Estate Owner's Committee is neither a corporate body nor a social organization. Its rights derive from the authorization of all the owners and exercise autonomous management of the estate on behalf of all the owners. The role of the owner' s organization should be clearly defined.
