| 摘 要： | 本文综述了2009年泰国的政治、经济、外交关系及其2010年经济发展预测。2009年,泰国的政治冲突仍没得到解决,围绕前总理他信问题展开的政治角力不仅造成泰国社会严重分裂,还引发了与邻国柬埔寨的外交纠纷,并冲击了泰国的安全与国际形象。国内政治问题加剧了世界金融危机对泰国经济的不利影响,2009年泰国国内生产总值负增长2.3%。2009年年底,泰国经济显示了较强的恢复信号,有望于2010年实现正增长。作为东盟轮值主席国,泰国政府竭力保证2009年在泰国举办的各种会议安全,并促进东盟及区域合作。
