| Abstract: | Since 1990s, in order to accommodate with government transition of the governance mode, many professional committees subordinate to governments at all levels have been established in Korea. At present, the committees system has already become an important act for Korean government to promote decision-making on a more scientific basis and administration on a more democratic basis. |
