新媒体境域下大学生廉洁文化传播

新时期大学生廉洁文化传播,不仅需要依托新媒体的技术优势,而且要渗透到以新媒体架构的虚拟空间。新媒体在廉洁文化传播中具有监督、批判、引领和建设"四大功能",发挥了重要作用,但同时也客观存在着传播的信息真实性难以准确界定、引发的舆论导向性难以科学把握、廉洁文化传播的针对性有待进一步提升、廉洁文化传播的氛围有待进一步营造等现实问题和发展难题。因此,我们要依托新媒体的独特优势,凸显监督功能,彰显廉洁文化传播引力;拓展多元载体,形成廉洁文化传播合力;注重对接融合,提升廉洁文化传播效力,不断丰富和拓展大学生廉洁文化传播的载体和路径,全面提升大学生廉洁文化传播的针对性和实效性。

Dissemination of Clean and Honest Culture Among College Stu- dents in the Era of New Media

Dissemination of clean and honest culture not only needs to rely on the technological advantages of new media, but also needs to penetrate into the virtual space of new media framework. The new media has ＂four functions＂ including supervi- sion, criticism, guidance and construction in the dissemination, and plays an important role. However, some realistic problems and development predicament still objectively exist. The authenticity of information is difficult to define accurately, the direction of public opinion is difficult to grasp scientifically, the pertinence of dissemination needs further promotion, and the social atmo- sphere of dissemination needs further creation. Therefore, we should rely on the unique advantages of new media, highlight the supervision function, and display the clean and honest culture propagating gravity. We should also expand the multiple carriers, form a join force of culture dissemination, pay attention to integration, improve the dissemination effectiveness, enrich and de- velop the dissemination methods, and comprehensively enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of clean and honest culture dissemination among college students.
